Refund Policy

All digital scrolls, sigils, and energy services are non-refundable once delivered. If a product is incomplete, corrupted, or fails to function as promised, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will either:

• Redeliver a corrected version, or

• Issue a spiritual credit toward a future scroll

Refunds for one-on-one sessions must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.

Currently, ORAZOTHCodex.com operates in the digital realm only. All products are scrolls (PDFs), rituals, and coded tools delivered via download or email. No physical shipping is involved.

If you purchase physical merchandise in the future (sigil-etched items, books, etc.), shipping details including estimated delivery times and courier options will be made clear at checkout.
